Restore ride quality, stability, and field performance with the Hamilton Front Strut Airbag Suspension Replacement Kit—engineered specifically for Apache sprayers.

Designed as a direct-fit replacement for worn or failing front suspension components, this kit replaces the original strut assembly with a durable, high-performance solution that helps maintain proper ride height, improve shock absorption, and reduce machine fatigue during long hours in the field.

Key Benefits:

  • Direct Replacement - Built to match OEM specifications for Apache sprayers, ensuring straightforward installation with minimal downtime.
  • Enhanced Ride Stability - Restores proper suspension function to reduce bouncing, improve steering control, and maintain consistent boom performance across uneven terrain.
  • Heavy-Duty Construction - Manufactured with robust materials to withstand harsh agricultural conditions, including rough fields, chemical exposure, and heavy loads.
  • Improved Operator Comfort - Reduces vibration and shock transfer to the cab, helping minimize operator fatigue during extended spraying operations.

Ideal For:

  • Apache sprayers experiencing sagging or uneven front suspension
  • Machines with worn or leaking strut assemblies
  • Operators looking to restore factory ride quality and handling

Important Notes:

  • Always maintain air pressure in the airbags. A setting of 65 PSI works well for most machines. For sprayers with 90 ft booms, slightly lower pressure (55–60 PSI) may be sufficient, while 120 ft booms typically require around 65 PSI.
  • Regularly inspect the chain and replace it immediately if it breaks. A failed chain can allow excessive airbag travel, which may cause the axle to roll over.
  • Will not work on light duty front ends (28" Front Tires)

The original set of airbags installed by Gary Hamilton, Sr. on his Apache sprayer has remained in service for nine years, covering more than 100,000 acres.
