Banjo 2 Inch Full Port Manifold Flow Meter - MFM220

The Banjo MFM220 2 inch full port manifold flow meter monitors flow rate and liquid usage in 2 inch pipe. Its full-bore electromagnetic design has no moving parts, allowing unobstructed flow and tolerating high flows without damage.

The lightweight, glass-reinforced polypropylene flow tube offers corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemicals. Clamp flanges make the meter easy to install or remove for inspection.

Flow measurement and accuracy

• Flow range: 6–300 GPM.
• Magnetic-style meter with 316 stainless steel electrodes.
• Accuracy: ±1% of reading between 10% and 100% of maximum flow; ±3% between cutoff and 10% of maximum flow.
• Measures water and most conductive liquids. Will not read petroleum-based liquids.
• Self-calibrating meter with empty pipe detection.

Display and operation

• Displays overall total volume and batch total volume.
• Flow rate displayed in gallons or liters per minute.
• Display: 6 digits for rate, 8 digits for total, and 1 decimal place in tenths.
• Powered by six easy-to-change AA batteries; shuts off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
• Three photoeyes on the meter face control operation. Hold a finger over a photoeye for 2–4 seconds; these are not push buttons.

Installation
