Genuine Shurflo (Pentair) 5000 Series high-flow bypass diaphragm pump for heavy-duty spraying and liquid transfer. This is an original Shurflo pump, not a copy or house brand.

The 5059-3610-D011 delivers 5.3 GPM free flow at 12 VDC. Its internal bypass is set at 90 PSI for applications where an automatic demand pressure switch is not desired. The bypass provides protection during dead-heading and supports high-pressure, low-flow operation. It does not function as an automatic pressure-switch shutoff.

A Shurflo-built sealed motor drives the pump head, which features a Santoprene diaphragm and Viton valves. Suitable applications include spot spraying, liquid fertilizer application, multi-tip spraying, foam marking, and general-purpose fluid transfer, subject to chemical compatibility.

Duty and Operation

The 5059 Series supports intermittent or continuous duty when the manufacturer's operating criteria are met. Verify operating conditions and chemical compatibility for your application. Do not treat the internal bypass as permission for unrestricted dead-head operation.

Mounting
- May be mounted in any position.
- For vertical installation, position the pump head down.
- Secure the rubber mounting feet with #8 hardware without compressing the feet.
- Check mounting dimensions, plumbing, and electrical requirements before replacing an existing pump.

The 5.3 GPM rating is measured at free flow, not at the 90 PSI bypass setting.
